Specialist news wires

These named RSS sources supplement the home engine. A valid empty feed means no usable dated stories in the past 30 days. Failed feeds have not established an empty result.

Reporting coverage

Upstream status: Checking…. Collection run: Not supplied. Status snapshot retrieved: Not supplied. Cached status is not a new source check.

Datacenter.computer’s public feed needs no API key. Locations are approximate; capacity is not live energy use.

What needs attention — and what needs an account

Dashboard availability and upstream refresh health are separate. A working dashboard may still be showing the last successful snapshot.

For a larger commercial inventory, Data Center Map offers licensed GIS exports. Its research page currently lists API access as forthcoming. Ask for map-display rights and an update schedule before buying.

What the labels mean

Available means the provider returned a valid packet, including a possible empty result. Stale means the latest refresh failed or the source marked older data. Curated means human-reviewed context. None of these labels guarantees completeness or independent verification.

Breaking flags are selected from recent upstream escalation signals and news-derived shipping assessments. Character commentary is scripted editorial personality. The four-step newsroom mood measures attention to those flags; it is not a probability of catastrophe.
