A reviewed record provides context. It is not a live sensor reading or a verified count of current incidents.
Partial / stale
Some inputs are missing or the provider marks its packet stale. Available readings remain visible with their dates.
Unavailable
A source or connection is missing. Oopsy leaves the gap visible instead of inventing a reassuring zero.
Trends
Charts use dated provider observations. When a dated series is missing, Oopsy shows a snapshot rather than drawing an invented trend.
