Otto sees a watershed where everyone else sees a puddle. He follows rainfall upstream, rising rivers downstream, and missing gauges with a raised eyebrow. A trans otter with excellent boots and a mildly unreasonable collection of waterproof notebooks, he is happiest outside explaining drainage to someone who only asked for directions.
